The ASOS KPSC recorded temperatures at or below freezing between 0200 PST and 0655 PST. The Hanford Meteorology Monitoring Network station HHMA recorded temperatures at or below freezing between 0230 PST and 0800 PST.

Northerly flow aloft and mostly clear skies the morning of November 3rd led to several hours of temperatures at or below 32 degrees across the Blue Mountain Foothills, the Columbia Basin, the eastern Columbia River Gorge, the Simcoe Highlands, and north central Oregon.
