Snow Squall. KBYZ ASOS at Bozeman-Yellowstone International Airport reported 1/4 mile visibility with heavy snow lasting for nine minutes.

Wider weather episode

Several snow squalls impacted much of the area as bands of snow crossed major highways and interstates, resulting in gusty wind, bursts of heavy snow and very poor visibility.
