Wind gust to 57 mph caused power lines to fall across road. Impacts occurred near an elevation of 2200 feet.
Wider weather episode
An upper disturbance moved east across Northwest California during early to mid December. Locally heavy low-elevation rainfall was observed, along with areas of heavy mountain snow. Impacts due to falling trees occurring with periods of strong gusty winds were also observed.
