Ten inches of snow over a 24 hour period at an elevation near 5000 feet.

An upper disturbance moved east across Northwest California during early to mid December. Locally heavy low-elevation rainfall was observed, along with areas of heavy mountain snow. Impacts due to falling trees occurring with periods of strong gusty winds were also observed.
