An upper level disturbance, combined with a slow passing Arctic cold front produced a prolonged period of snowfall across northeastern Wyoming. Snowfall amounts were mostly in the two to six inch range across the area, with locally higher amounts across the Bear Lodge Mountains and Wyoming Black Hills.
