Deputies responded to a report of a car upside down around 3:15 p.m. in the Bear River at Corinne, UT. Observations from nearby Brigham City show reduced visibilities due to fog that morning from approximately 3 a.m. to 8 a.m. The visibility fell to less than 1/4 mile around 5:30 a.m.
