COOP observer in Harrison reported a storm total snowfall of 10.7 inches. Highway US-20 was closed through the county the night of 2/22.

Winter storm across the area brought heavy snowfall and blowing snow to portions of the Nebraska Panhandle, especially along the Pine Ridge near Chadron and Harrison. Numerous road closures were reported in the area. Additionally, extremely cold temperatures led to dangerous wind chills overnight into the 23rd.
