Flooding out of a cross forest road water path about 50 to 60 feet wide about 3 inches deep in the Winchester area. Lewis County Sheriff reports that the road feels as if it is eroding as you are driving through it.

Rain amounts near an inch and melting snow caused flooding issues in the area including Paradise Creek in Moscow.
