Snowfall totals of 6 to 9 inches were reported across the county with higher reports to 8.1 inches near Saxon.
Wider weather episode
An area of low pressure developed across the Southern Plains on the 18th and moved northeastward into the western Great Lakes on the 19th bringing snowfall to much of northwest Wisconsin on the 19th. Snowfall totals were generally in the 4 to 9 inch range with higher amounts to around 11 inches along the South Shore of Lake Superior where lake and terrain enhancement occurred.
