A widespread 7 to 10 inches of snow fell across the region.
Wider weather episode
A double barreled low pressure system moved across southern New England on March 4th. Snow and snow/rain mixed developed late night on the 3rd and continued through the morning hours of the 4th.
Snowfall totals were generally 7 to 12 inches across Vermont with 3 to 6 inches across the central and northern Champlain Valley.
