A general 5 to 8 inches of snow fell across the region.

A double barreled low pressure system moved across southern New England on March 4th. Snow and snow/rain mixed developed late night on the 3rd and continued through the morning hours of the 4th.

Snowfall totals were generally 3 to 7 inches across much of northern NY with 6 to 12 inches across Essex county.
