Snow started on late the 26th and started to accumulate early on the 27th into the 28th. About 15 to 17 inches of new snow fell throughout a 12 hour period - where a winter weather advisory was issued.

A colder air mass with a low pressure system moved through the region bringing another round of snow to the Cascades.
