Several high elevation SNOTEL stations (above 7000 feet) including Dry Fork, George Creek, and Rocky Basin Settlement recorded 1.5 to 3.1 inches of snow water equivalent, resulting in approximately 22 to 56 inches of snow.

Wider weather episode

Another prolonged and unsettled pattern took hold in the middle of January, resulting in widespread precipitation and moderate high elevation snow accumulation, with some more modest amounts noted at lower elevations.
