A low pressure system tracking through the southern Great Lakes brought a swath of heavy snow to central and east-central Wisconsin from Thursday afternoon (3/9) through Friday morning (3/10). Snowfall amounts were generally 6 to 13 inches, with the highest totals in Manitowoc County due to lake enhanced snowfall from Lake Michigan.

The highest snowfall totals included 13 inches near Millhome (Manitowoc Co.), 10 inches in Kiel (Manitowoc Co.), 9 inches near Oshkosh (Winnebago Co.), 8.3 inches near Valders (Manitowoc Co.), 8 inches near Two Rivers (Manitowoc Co.) as well as near Auroraville (Waushara Co.), and 7.5 inches in Tigerton (Shawano Co.) as well as Iola (Waupaca Co.).
