WYDOT mesonet station Shirley Rim reported sustained winds over 40 mph with a maximum wind gust of 50 mph during this period.

Strong winds were reported across the northern portions of Carbon and Albany Counties as well as Converse and west Platte Counties 14 and 15 March.
