An active period was observed across south central Colorado during this time, with periods of heavy snow occurring over both the higher and lower terrain. The eastern San Juan Mountains observed the highest snowfall, with storm totals up to around four feet. The Pikes Peak region observed up to around seven inches, with lighter amounts observed elsewhere across the lower terrain.
