Ten to 20 below zero temperatures caused the closing of Clark County 161 on the 30th. Wind chills were below 50 below zero.

Extremely cold temperatures combined with high winds to cause dangerously cold wind chills from the 29th through the 31st. Several schools closed on the 30th and 31st due to the cold.
