Event narrative

Scattered tree damage occurred along Thornton Road, centered in the Pataula Creek area. Two mobiles homes sustained damage when large branches fell onto them.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front moved through the area. A squall line preceded the front, bringing with it numerous reports of straight line wind damage with trees and power lines down.
