Strong north to northeast winds impacted the Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles county. Some peak wind gusts from the local mesonet include: Boney Mountain (gust 64 MPH), Rancho De Cielo (gust 63 MPH) and Deer Creek Canyon (gust 58 MPH).

Strong and gusty north to northeast winds impacted sections of Southern California. Peak wind gusts up to 80 MPH were reported.
