Strong north to northeast winds impacted the Southeastern Valleys of Ventura county. Some peak wind gusts from the local mesonet include: East Simi Valley Cochran (gust 67 MPH), Wendy Drive (gust 60 MPH) and Happy Camp Road (gust 58 MPH).
