California Highway Patrol reported the County Line Rd. was completely flooded between Rd. 192 and Rd. 200.

Wider weather episode

Following the passage of the upper trough which moved across the area on March 29. A cold an unstable airmass prevailed over central California on March 30. As a result, showers and a few thunderstorms developed over the San Joaquin Valley resulting in localized flooding as well as at least one funnel cloud report.
