Event narrative

Warm temperatures, rainfall, and snowmelt caused flooding of O'Neill Basin Road 755, as well as Twin Bridges road 715B. These roads were closed. Additionally, there were reports of flooding (standing water) for: All Osino Roads, All Ryndon Roads, Spring Valley Parkway and Spring Valley Court (orange traffic barrels were in place). Coal Mine Canyon Road, Burner Basin Roads (rutted roads and retaining water), Last Chance Road (flowing water over roadway at Buzzard. Contact Road by NDOT Station (washout). Spring Creek Parkway (several areas of pooling water). Dirt roads around Elko County were noted as muddy, rutted, and holding water in various areas. In addition to the above the following roads also had some minor flooding: West Bullion Road, Lowe South Fork Road, Lucky Nugget Road, Lower Lamoille Road, Fort Halleck Road, Old Devils Gate Road, Elburz Road, and Kittridge Canyon.

Another in a series of AR events brought valley rain, mountain snow, and high winds. Due to the valley rain, some snowmelt occurred leading to localized flooding.
