RAWS station jpkm8 Judith Peak measured two wind gusts in excess of 60 mph, including a 62 mph gust.

An impressive shortwave and attendant cold front passed through the area, resulting in a period of gusty winds and intense snow showers. Snow persisted long enough in the mountains to accumulate up to 11 inches in Gallatin County.
