A Weatherflow mesonet station at the Knubble on Horseneck Beach recorded a wind gust to 57 mph at 856 AM EST.

The wider storm

A strong northwest jet at 850 mb, combined with steep lapse rates, allowed for strong wind gusts across southern New England (no damage reported though) and high winds across the waters.

Began near Sakonnet Point Light (41.5072, -71.0885).
