Moderate snow on Highway 199 near the Collier Tunnel. A semi jackknifed resulting in the road becoming blocked and closed for a short period of time.

Wider weather episode

A very cold air mass setup over the west coast of the United States from mid-February into early March. The first storm arrived on March 14th/15th bringing low elevation snow and small hail to the coast.
