Event narrative

Heavy snow and wind gusts over 40 mph shut down US Highway 20 from Ashton to the Montana border and Highway 87 from US 20 to the Montana border. Highway 47 was closed from Ashton to Bear Gulch. North Fremont High School and Ashton Elementary School also closed on the 21st and 22nd. The Island Park COOP site recorded 11.7 inches of snow with the storm.
