Twenty-four inches of snow fell at 6500 feet in Hualapai Mountain Park. At lower elevations, two crashes involving snowy and icy roads resulted in a total of 15 injuries.

A strong, cold low pressure system digging from Canada into the western U.S. brought high southwest winds ahead of it and heavy mountain snow behind it.
