To start April, ongoing drought conditions in all but western edge of Eastern Roosevelt County was in to (D1-Moderate) drought, while the western edge was in (D2-Severe) conditions. On the last week of April, all of Eastern Roosevelt County improved to (D1-Moderate) drought.

Wider weather episode

Although recent snow has brought improvement to drought conditions across the region, drought still persists in some areas.
