The last day of March was a breezy and gusty day. Winds across the combined Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles were under westerly winds with sustained speeds between 30 to 39 mph. Winds were primarily gusting between 50-57 mph but there were a few instances where the winds gusted higher during the afternoon where speeds were measured around 58-61 mph.
