Emergency Managers indicated a mudslide along road PR-916, Sector Los Velazquez. Emergency Managers had to rescue one person.

Wider weather episode

Unsettled weather with numerous showers and thunderstorms were observed due to an upper level cut-off low strengthening northwest of Puerto Rico. Strong divergence aloft resulted in hail, and the heavy rain left flooding, mudslides and rivers overflowing.
