Two individuals were trapped inside a car due to a flood on PR-3, near Calle Ashford.

Unsettled weather with numerous showers and thunderstorms were observed due to an upper level cut-off low strengthening northwest of Puerto Rico. Strong divergence aloft resulted in hail, and the heavy rain left flooding, mudslides and rivers overflowing.
