A tree blocked the offramp from Southbound US Highway 101 to Embarcadero Rd in Palo Alto.
Wider weather episode
An approaching strong upper level low brought widespread damaging winds to the Bay Area and Central Coast on February 21. A Wind Advisory was issued for the entire region in advance of the event, and was upgraded to a High Wind Warning along the coast and in the higher elevations of the Central Coast.
