The Sweeney Ridge weather station operated by PGE reported a wind gust of 64 mph.

An approaching strong upper level low brought widespread damaging winds to the Bay Area and Central Coast on February 21. A Wind Advisory was issued for the entire region in advance of the event, and was upgraded to a High Wind Warning along the coast and in the higher elevations of the Central Coast.
