Ten inches of snow fell in Forest Lakes.

A strong low pressure system along the California coast brought a very moist southwest flow in the upper-levels across Arizona. As the system lifted to the northeast, it brought solid dynamics and heavy precipitation over northern n for Arizona. The heaviest rainfall and snowfall was on the upslope areas of the Mogollon Rim in Yavapai and northern Gila counties.
