Wider weather episode

Very dry conditions across South Florida, especially interior sections, allowed a wildfire to burn in inland Broward County for several days. The fire quickly spread and lingered due to a lack of rain and gusty winds. Smoke from the fire produced very low to no visibility in the area periodically over the course of the fire's lifespan.
