CoCoRAHs stations from multiple locations across Western Whatcom County suggested that moderate snowfall occurred late in the day on Feb 25 through the morning of Feb 26. Sumas reported the highest measurable snowfall at 8.7 inches, while most areas around and north of Bellingham up towards the WA/Canada border reported 1-4 inches.
Additional snowfall was measured again from Feb 27 into the 28th, with a few reports of around 4 inches.

Much coler air infiltrated Western Washington at the end of February, after a relatively quiet three quarters of the month. The heaviest snow fell between the 25th and 26th, with reports of over 4 inches across many lowland zones.
