Moderate snow fell across the Hood Canal area late in the day on Feb 25 and continued through the morning hours of the Feb 26th. Reports of 4-7 inches were recorded across portions of the Hood Canal.

Much coler air infiltrated Western Washington at the end of February, after a relatively quiet three quarters of the month. The heaviest snow fell between the 25th and 26th, with reports of over 4 inches across many lowland zones.
