Law Enforcement reported blowing dust with visibilities less than 1/4 of a mile across northwest Crockett County.

Wider weather episode

The combination of a strong storm system and severe/extreme drought conditions resulted in localized dust storm conditions on March 2nd across western parts of west central Texas. Also, blowing dust occurred for a few hours across the remainder of the area.
