A combination of COOP and CoCoRaHS observer reports included snowfall amounts of 6.0 inches in South Ogden, 10.0 inches at 1 NE Layton, and 15.0 inches in Layton.

Another winter storm brought accumulating snow, primarily to northern Utah, though limited warning criteria amounts were reported. Additionally, a second avalanche fatality for the month is noted.
