Event narrative

Snow and strong winds caused whiteout conditions on interstate 15 and it was closed on the morning of the 10th from Dubois to the Montana state line. The Small COOP observer measured 5 inches of snowfall. Blue Dome measured a 61 mph wind gust and a 56 mph gust was measured 4 miles north northwest of Humphery.

Another in a series of Pacific storms brought more heavy snow, high winds and avalanches resulting in some road closures across southeast Idaho.
