The ASOS KPSC at the Tri-Cities airport reported at to below freezing temperatures between 0345 to 0625 PDT on April 15th. The mesonet station AW092 (K7KOG) Kennewick reported at to below freezing temperatures between 0312 to 0418 PDT on April 15th.
