Event narrative

Light snow combined with wind gusts of 30 to 60 mph to close US highway 20 from Ashton to the Montana state line, Idaho highway 32 from Tetonia to Ashton, and State Highway 33 from Newdale to Tetonia. Drifting snow was extensive with visibilities lowered to zero. Roads closed between noon and 5 pm MDT on the 1st and re-opened on the 2nd.
