The Touchet SNOTEL measured 11in of snow over 12 hours starting at at 2200PDT on the 31st of March through 1000PDT on April 1st.

The wider storm

A potent negative tilted upper trough supported by a strong upper-level jet moved down along the British Columbia coastline into the PacNW and brought heavy snow to the Cascades and Blue Mountains of Washington.
