The Stampede Pass SNOTEL measured 14 inches of snow over 29 hours starting at 2000PDT on March 31st to 0100PDT on April 2nd, and the the White Pass E.S. SNOTEL measured 12 inches of snow over 41 hours starting at 1700PDT on March 31st to 1000PDT on April 2nd.

A potent negative tilted upper trough supported by a strong upper-level jet moved down along the British Columbia coastline into the PacNW and brought heavy snow to the Cascades and Blue Mountains of Washington.
