The High Ridge SNOTEL measured 14inches of snowfall over 17 hours starting at 2300 on March 31st to 1600PDT on April 1st and the Milk Shakes SNOTEL measured 12 inches over 12 hours starting 2200 on March 31st to 1000 on April 1st.

Wider weather episode

A potent negative tilted upper trough supported by a strong upper-level jet moved down along the British Columbia coastline into the PacNW and brought heavy snow to the Cascades and Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
