Event narrative

Several large pine trees were snapped at a 30-50 foot level and a few other were snapped closer to the ground. All trees and debris were laying in a singular direction toward the east. Emergency Manager reported that the damage was isolated to a small area in the western portion of the county.

Wider weather episode

Scattered severe thunderstorms in advance of a cold front produced damaging winds across portions of the Lower Maryland Eastern Shore.
