Event narrative

A snowfall accumulation of 15.3 inches with 0.83 inches of snow water equivalent was observed at Wanship. Other snowfall observations include 12.8 inches with 0.76 inches of snow water equivalent at Oakley and 12.5 inches with 0.92 inches of snow water equivalent at Eden-Liberty. Three structural collapses occurred on April 3 in Park City. The first involved a garage, the second was a chimney, and the third was related to the home.
