Severe drought over the county improved to no drought by the end of the month with above normal rainfall during the month.

Wider weather episode

Above normal rainfall during the month improved drought conditions from the eastern Brush Country to the Coastal Plains by the end of the month. No drought conditions were in place over most of the Coastal plains by the end of the month. Monthly rainfall amounts were between 5 and 8 inches over the eastern Brush Country to the coastal plains.
