COOP observer reports included snowfall accumulation of 10.8 inches in Cedar City.

On the 3rd, at around 3:30 p.m., the Utah Department of Transportation reported the northbound lanes of Intereste 15 were closed at milepost 112, a few miles north of Beaver, due to multiple accidents from inclement weather. One lane reopened at 4:45 p.m., with a full reopen by 6 p.m.
