A storm system produced a brief period of moderate to heavy snowfall that primarily impacted the foothills of Jefferson County. The more impressive storm totals included: 14 inches, 5.4 miles northwest of Evergreen, 10 inches near Conifer and Crescent Village, with 8 to 9 inches at Genesee, 9 miles west-northwest of Golden and near Pinecliffe. Storm totals across the rest of the Front Range mountains, foothills and South Park ranged from 3 to 6 inches.
